5 g Twigs or buds of mint
30 ml Mint Syrup Beltion®
10 ml Sugar syrup
40 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Mineral water: still or sparkling

Prepare the Greenland cocktail pouring into a highball ice and two mint leaves previously chopped with the muddler; then add the lemon juice, the mint syrup, the sugar syrup and stir with the cocktail bar spoon. Finally complete adding sparkling mineral water as required, and decorate with a slice of lime and a straw.
