Ovo Beltion® is egg liqueur of the tradition. The recommended consumption is straight as cordial, both hot as invigorating, whether refrigerated or even frozen as a granita. The flavor is substantially similar to the zabajone, it is suitable to accompany many types of dessert, possibly as a topping. Often appears in recipes of drowned ice cream of zabajone while in cocktails it is the basic component for the preparation of Bombardino.
