Opera Mai Tai

Andrea Peconio from Bari, who has been a bartender for ten years, has revisited the famous Mai Tai (“the best” in Polynesian) cocktail, using Opera White Amaretto. Basic ingredients for the original recipe: rum, curaçao and lime juice.

2 gocce of angostura bitters
¾ oz of fresh lemon juice
